RATE INCLUDES
Includes all guided safaris (bush walks and game drives), all meals & snacks (early morning breakfast, full breakfast, lunch, three-course dinner) and a wide selection of locally available beverages (purified water, soft & alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee).

RATE EXCLUDES
Premium drinks (available to order). Klaserie Private Nature Reserve Conservation levy of ZAR 480 per person per day and the Klaserie Gate fee of R300 per vehicle (payable at Klaserie Incheni gate - cash only) (2024 rates - subject to change for 2025 bookings). Environmental fee (R500 / day) for optional use of air conditioner available in certain rooms upon request (we recommend to place request for air con room on booking if you would like to make use of this optional facility during your stay).

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT
Single supplement of 50% per person applies to adults not sharing tent with another adult

CHILDREN POLICY
Families with children aged 5 years and over are welcome, and will be provided a tailored safari experience including a private safari vehicle and guide (ZAR 2,500 per day). Children below 12 years will be charged at 50% except for single occupancy children rooms where the full rate applies. There are a select number of rooms available with extra beds for children. Children under 12 years cannot partake in walking trails and tailored safari activities are arranged. 

CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES
Check in is from 1pm to 3pm daily and check out is from 6 am to 11am.
